The deposit is a separate amount, not a rental charge. We will confirm the amount and refund conditions for your chosen car before booking.
For returning customers with a history of incident-free rentals, we may agree to a rental without a deposit.
We will help you choose suitable cover, including CDW / Super CDW. We agree the cover and excess, the amount you are responsible for, before handover and record them in the contract.
A child seat, additional driver, Wi-Fi or roof rack can be added on request. We will confirm availability and terms for your trip.

Standard limits for passenger cars without trailers. In residential zones: 20 km/h. Always follow road signs and adjust to road conditions.
Children under 12 must sit in the back. For safety, we recommend a child seat or booster suited to the child’s height and weight. Tell us their age in advance so we can arrange a suitable seat.
Driving under the influence is prohibited. Our advice is to avoid alcohol entirely before driving. For a wine tour, you can rent a car with a driver.
Seat belts are mandatory for the driver and front passenger. We recommend that everyone buckles up, including rear-seat passengers, even on short trips.
When making calls while driving, use a hands-free system. Set your route before leaving. To send messages or adjust navigation, stop somewhere parking is permitted.
Check road restrictions before setting off. From 1 December to 1 March winter tyres are required on certain road sections. Depending on the weather, police may also require snow chains.
