Services when you collect your car and during your trip. Any specific terms are listed under each service.

• Delivery and collection in Tbilisi

  We will deliver your car to your hotel, your address or Tbilisi Airport and collect it after your rental. Delivery and collection within Tbilisi are free.

• A clean car

  We wash the car and prepare the interior before every rental.

• A full tank on collection

  Your car is supplied with fuel. Fuel used is charged separately; the refuelling arrangement for your return will be agreed when you collect the car.

• Water and snacks for the journey

  We leave water and a small snack in the car for the start of your trip.

• 24/7 support

  We are available by phone and messenger to help with questions about your car and rental during your trip.

• Booking without advance payment

  Short-term rentals may be booked without advance payment. We will confirm whether this is available for your chosen car and dates.

Add the extras you need when booking. Availability, prices and terms will be confirmed in advance for your chosen car and dates.

• Travel to Armenia with a driver

  Available only with our driver. Tell us in advance if your route leaves Georgia. We will agree vehicle eligibility, documents and the price before booking.

• Transfer with a driver

  We can arrange an airport pickup or a trip with a driver. Send us your route, timing and passenger count for a quote.

• Advance booking

  We will help you choose a car for your holiday or event, reserve your dates and discuss booking confirmation and advance payment terms.

• Additional cover: CDW / Super CDW

  Ask about the options available for your chosen car. The price, excess and exclusions will be agreed before you sign the rental agreement.

• Rentals of one month or more

  We will discuss an individual rate and long-term rental terms. A SIM card with 4G internet is available with this rental format; connection details will be confirmed when booking.

• Rentals without a deposit

  Available to returning customers by prior arrangement. We will confirm the terms for your chosen car and rental period.

• Tours

  We can help arrange a private or group tour. The route, itinerary, group size and price will be discussed in advance.

• Additional driver

  Let us know if someone else will also drive the car. We will agree their inclusion in the rental and the required documents in advance.

• Child car seat

  Tell us your child’s age and weight so we can check the availability of a suitable seat for your dates.

• In-car Wi-Fi

  Mobile Wi-Fi is available on request. Device availability, connection terms and the price will be confirmed before your trip.

• Snow chains

  Tell us if you plan to drive in the mountains or follow a winter route. We will check the availability of chains suitable for your chosen car.

• Ski racks

  Tell us the number of skis and your car model in advance. We can provide compatible ski racks subject to availability.

• THULE roof box

  Request a roof box if you need more luggage space. Vehicle compatibility, availability and the price will be confirmed before collection.
